1. All payments must be prepaid and cleared in full.
2. We only accept payment through PayPal, which accepts Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro cards.
3. Payment must be received within 7 days from within 7 days of the auction end date.
Delivery details
1. All products will be checked carefully and packed in mint condition before shipping.
2. All the items will be dispatched within 1 business day (Saturday and Sunday excluded) after the payment is cleared.
3. The shipment usually takes 2-5 business days (Saturday and Sunday excluded). If you need the item urgently, please contact us for details before making your purchase.
4. Local pick-up is not supported.
5. Buyer is responsible for any shipment failure due to incorrect address and undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
Terms of sales
1. All returns - defective or otherwise - have to be preauthorized! Please contact us FIRST to get an authorization and the returning address before sending the item back.
2. All of our items come with a 30-day return policy. We ensure all products are checked carefully and packed in mint condition before shipping. Please let us know immediately if an item is already damaged upon arrival.
3. All returns due to NON-seller mistakes are subject to 10% re-stocking fee for the refund and the buyer should pay for the returning shipping fee.
4. All products to be returned must be in their respective original packaging.
5. Note: If there is no product quality problem and the buyer returns an item just because of private reasons, the returned item must be new and unused as well as complete upon arrival at our warehouse. If used, the item should at least have no additional wear or damage which might affect the secondary sales.
