Description

Whole pieces of our air-dried beef biltong, this is what it looks like before we run it through our slicers. Whole biltong is a great way to preserve the moisture and only cut as much as you want at a time. Perfect to take while traveling. Simply cut with a pocket knife against the grain and enjoy fresh-cut biltong anytime.
This product is only sold in 2lb bulk packs.
Pieces are not individually sealed.
